By registering as a member of KNOVL Volume One, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:
1. KNOVL will exercise its best efforts to deliver and curate publications, products, experiences, and events that it believes to be consistent with the taste and quality expected by its members; however, due to the exploratory and subjective nature of this endeavor, KNOVL cannot and does not guarantee that it will be able to offer any publications, products, experiences, and events to you, nor does KNOVL guarantee that any offered publications, products, experiences, or events will be satisfactory or acceptable to you. Accordingly, your membership fee is non-refundable.
2. KNOVL is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-parties, whether introduced directly to you by KNOVL or incidental to the delivery of a publication, product, experience, or event provided by KNOVL, including, without limitation, product manufacturers, food and beverage producers, and shipping vendors.
3. KNOVL membership carries no voting, ownership, or other rights with respect to KNOVL, its affiliates, or otherwise.
4. KNOVL reserves the right to adopt and amend these Membership Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without notice to its members.
